This candidate has applied to work as a summer teacher or counselor for TASIS The American School in Switzerland. TASIS offers international summer programs in Lugano, Switzerland for students ages 4–17. For most of the children it is their first boarding experience, and many speak very little English. The program is similar to traditional American sleepaway camps, where the staff serve in loco parentis and must be alert, responsible, and caring. This evaluation is an important part of the applicant's credentials, and your cooperation in providing a full and candid report would be greatly appreciated.
